• Collecting the rent money if you rent your property can be done only by bank into your bank account or with postal money order and after the money will be insert to your account. We will look after if you tenant pays its property bills such as electricity, cold and warm water, central heating system, pfone and etc., and will inform you immediately if there is a problem.
• We don’t do inventory control, but we can connect you with companies that install alarm and safety equipment and will visit and look around your property if the equipment is activated. We can give you their offer and you have to decide which you will choose.
